W.P.(C) 1682/2016 and CM No.7232/2016 (Stay) Issue show cause notice to the respondents. Learned counsel for respondent no.1 accepts notice.

Learned counsel for respondent no.1, on instruction from Mr. Parmanand, Superintendent, RP Cell, submits that parking site has already been cancelled vide order dated 24th February, 2016. It is further submitted that possession has already been taken over. Photocopy of the cancellation order has been handed over to learned counsel for

petitioner.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that possession has not been handed over, however in view of this latest development, he seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to take appropriate remedy as may be available to petitioner against the said cancellation order. Disposed of as withdrawn.

Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
