a) FIR No. 50/20 13 under Section 323/308/34 IPC registered at P.S. Khayala on the complaint of Heera Lal (respondent No.2) in ignature Not Verified By:AMULYA

Crl.M.C.No. 2292/2016 and petitioner No.1 in Crl.M.C.No. 641/2017.

b) FIR No. 51/2013 under Section 308/34 IPC registered at P.S. Khayala on the complaint of Lalit Kumar (respondent no.2) in Crl.M.C.No. 641/2017 and petitioner no.1 in Crl.M.C.No. 2292/2016.

It is submitted that complainants/victims and accused persons have amicably settled their disputes with the intervention of their common friends and other family members Sh. Heera Lal, Sh. Bhagirath @ Vijay, Smt. Phoolwati, Smt. Sunita and Sh. Rahul are complainant/victims in FIR No. 50/20 13 and Sh. Lalit Kumar, Sh. Tarikh Khan, Sh. Sunil @ Shilu, Sh. Nitin Nayyar @ Sunny, Sh. Pankaj @ Pinku, Smt. Shobha Rani and Ms. Jyoti Khetrapal are complainants/victims in FIR No. 5 1/2013. They are present in Court today and have been identified by SI Manish Dhillon, P.S.Khayala. They submit that they have settled the matter of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, therefore, are not willing to pursue the FIR any further and the same may be quashed. Sh. Heera Lal, Sh. Bhagirath @ Vijay, Smt. Phoolwati, Smt. Sunita and Sh. Rahul further submit that they are not willing to press the FIR No. 50/20 13 over against

the accused Nitin, S/o Jitender Kumar, who is P.O and is not a party to these petitions.

Keeping in mind that petitioners/accused and complainants/victims have settled their disputes amicably in order to maintain harmonious relations, with each other, being residents of the same locality, in the interest of justice, both the above-mentioned FIRs, which are at the investigation stage, are quashed.

Petitions are disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
