% 21.01.2016 This is a suit for recovery of amount valued at less than Rs. 2 crores. Ld. counsel for plaintiff submits that cause of action arose at plaintiff's branch which is situated at Lajpat Nagar which falls under the jurisdiction of District South-East, Delhi hence seeks transfer of present case to District South-East, Delhi.

In view of orders passed by Hon'ble the Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (South-East), Saket, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge, (South-East), Saket, Delhi on 25.04.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
