The reasons for denying interest shall be furnished to the petitioner within two weeks. In case of any grievance, it is open to the petitioner to apply to the VATO, who shall decide the application and pass appropriate orders within four weeks of receipt of the application.

The writ petition is disposed off.

A copy of this order be given dasti to parties under the signatures of the Court Master.
