Petitioner who is defending a divorce petition filed by her husband is aggrieved by order dated 04.06.2024 whereby the learned Trial Court has restrained her to go to the office of the respondent and she has also been restrained from calling him on his mobile.

It is denied that there was any such chase to his office. It is supplemented that since she continues to be his wife and there is always possibility of some amicable settlement, the Court could not have restrained her from even calling her husband on phone.

After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for petitioner states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to move appropriate application before the learned Trial Court seeking recall of said part of order which is based merely on the basis of assertions made by the respondent-Govind Singh Bisht, without any corroborating material.
