The present application has been filed by the petitioner under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking bail in case FIR No.84/2012 under Sections 396/307/302/412/120-B/34 IPC & under Sections 25/27/54/59 Arms Act PS Civil Lines, Delhi.

On the last date of hearing it was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that co-accused had already been granted regular bail by the learned Trial Court and at this stage he is pressing his application on the ground that his mother is hospitalized. Thereafter, the matter was adjourned for verification of this fact.

Today State has filed the verification report as per which mother of the petitioner is admitted in ward number 3 at bed No. 12, 2nd Floor vide CR No. 6023 since 27th March, 2016 at Lal Bahadur Shastri Hospital, Khichripur, Delhi.

Looking into the entire facts and circumstances of the case and the ground on which petitioner is seeking interim bail, the petitioner is ordered to be released on interim bail for a period of two weeks from the date of his release subject to his furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 25,000/- with one surety in the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of concerned Trial Court.

The application stands disposed of.
