The petitioner is seeking initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondent for the alleged wilful disobedience of the directions contained in the order dated 22.05.2023 in WP(C) No.747/2023 by this Court.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1 and 2 state at the Bar on instructions that the property in question is lying sealed and demolition action is also planned for today and appropriate action is being taken in terms of the directions passed by this Court.
