A perusal of the material placed on record would show that initially in an application filed under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., learned MM vide order dated 20.11.2023 directed registration of the FIR. The said order came to be challenged by the petitioner by filing Crl. Revision No.619/2023, which came to be dismissed on 16.12.2023. It is latter order which is under challenge in the present petition.

On the last date of hearing, learned APP for the State, on instructions, had informed that an FIR has already been registered. Today, learned APP submits that after passing of the impugned order, on the very same day, FIR No.303/2023 came to be registered at PS Gulabi Bagh. 4.
Considering the aforesaid and the absence of the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed alongwith the pending application.
