Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the entire dispute between the parties is settled on the basis of the compromise arrived at between them on 15.02.2024 and nothing remains in the present appeal. 2.

It is submitted that parties will approach the learned Trial Court with respect to the application under Order XXIII Rule 3 CPC. 3.

Accordingly, the present appeal along with pending application stands disposed of.
