whereby order of maintenance dated 16.12.2023 passed by learned MM (Mahila Court-02), North District, Rohini Courts, New Delhi @ Rs.4,000/- per month in proceedings under the DV Act was upheld. There does not appear to be any infirmity in the orders passed by the learned Trial Court as well as the learned Revisional Court. In view of above, no grounds for interference are made out. Petition is accordingly dismissed. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
