% 06.12.2025 Acting in the capacity as the taxation officer, I was to determine the costs incurred by the plaintiff in this suit. In the light of the various directions passed by the undersigned, the plaintiff had filed the legal-charges invoices (in a sealed cover), the same is taken on record and the statement of costs. They were perused, whereby the claim of the plaintiff seeking the costs @ Rs. 16, 62,051/- (Rupees Sixteen lakhs, sixty two thousand and fifty one only) appears to be reasonable and justified. Those are accordingly granted in favour of the plaintiff and against the defendant.
The registry shall now complete the necessary formalities for the preparation of the final decree.
