The learned Counsel for the Parties submits that the Parties have been able to settle the dispute between them and have entered a Settlement Agreement dated 16.10.2025 ('Settlement Agreement'). 2.
The Settlement Agreement dated 16.10.2025 is placed on record by the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. 3.
The learned Counsel for the Parties submits that the Suit may be decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement. 4.
Accordingly, the Parties are directed to be bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement. The Suit may be decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement. Let the Decree Sheet be drawn up accordingly. The Suit along with all the pending Applications stands disposed of. 5.
In view of the fact that the matter has been settled at an early stage, the Registry is directed to issue a certificate of refund of 100% of the Court The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Fees in favour of the Plaintiff, in terms of Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870.

It is however, made clear that in case any dispute arises between the Parties and in the event, either Party approaches this Court for enforcement of the Settlement Agreement/ Decree, the said Party or Parties will become liable to pay the entire Court Fees thereon.
