Learned counsel for appellant submits that the order dated 04.12.2023 was not available till it was uploaded on 03.01.2024. He, however, seeks leave to withdraw the appeal, reserving the right of the appellant to impugn the orders dated 08.01.2024 and 04.12.2023 before the appropriate forum.
