The appellants have filed the present appeal impugning an order (hereafter the impugned order) dated 26.07.2024 whereby a penalty of ₹5,00,000/- was imposed and was directed to be paid within a period of four weeks from date of the aforesaid order.

After some arguments, the learned counsel appearing for the parties are agreeable that the aforesaid amount be reduced to ₹2,50,000/- to be paid by the appellants within a further period of six weeks from date. 3.

The impugned order is modified to the aforesaid extent. 4.
