After some arguments, Mr. Sanjeev Puri, learned senior counsel for the appellant states that the appellant shall vacate the shop / Kiosk no.1, opposite DDA, Vikas Sadan, INA within four months from today i.e. 28th August, 2024.

An affidavit of undertaking to this effect has also been handed over today in Court by learned counsel for the appellant in the post-lunch session. The same is taken on record.
