This petition under Section 29A

(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed by the Petitioner-Mrs. Dr. Manju Nimesh seeking extension of the mandate of the ld. Arbitrator. 3.

The proceeding sheets show that issues were framed on 22nd October, 2022. Thereafter, parties are leading evidence. The Respondent-Mr. Ajay Kumar Nayyar is stated to be in judicial custody. Hence, there has been a delay.

Ld. counsel for the Respondent submits that he has filed his vakalatnama today and his client has no objection. 5.

In view of the facts and circumstances, the mandate of the ld. Arbitrator is extended till 31st December, 2024, with consent of the parties. No unnecessary adjournments shall be granted by the ld. Arbitrator. 6.
