This petition has been filed jointly by the parties, under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking extension of the mandate of an arbitral tribunal, which is in seisin of disputes between the parties under a contract dated 07.08.2012. 2.
The mandate of the arbitral tribunal was extended from time to time, lastly by order of this Court dated 04.09.2023 in O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 336/2023, until 28.08.2024. 3.
I am informed that the proceedings are at the stage of cross examination of witnesses.

Ms. Mani Gupta, learned counsel for the respondent, appears on advance notice and states that the respondent has no objection to the relief sought.

The petition, alongwith the pending application, stands disposed of in these terms.
