An application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for modification of the Order dated 19.12.2023 .

It is submitted in the application that the mandate of the Arbitrator had expired on 23.12.2022 and the extension had been granted till 23.12.2024 though it is inadvertently mentioned that the extension is granted till 23.02.2024.
Hence, a rectification is sought in the Order dated 23.12.2023.

Learned counsel for the respondents has appeared on advance Notice and has no objection if the requisite rectification is made. 4.
