following:- "a). issue appropriate writ, direction, order in the nature of mandamus to consider my admission as per the advertisement of brochure dated 26.02.2024 issued by the Respondent university and ; b). direct the respondent university to implement the minutes of the agenda No. 18 of the 22nd meeting of the Academic Council dated 20.07.2024"

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-University submits that the petitioner is essentially aggrieved by the action of the respondent-University in not granting the admission as per the advertisement and brochure dated 26.02.2024. The respondent-University is stated to be situated outside the jurisdiction of this High Court. He, therefore, submits that the petitioner should have approached the jurisdictional High Court. 3.
Having considered the nature of submissions advanced and the fact which indicates that the material, essential and integral cause of action has arisen within the territorial jurisdiction of the High Court of Uttarakhand. 4.
In view of the decision passed by this Court in the case of Dr. Neha Chandra v. Union of India1 vide order dated 30.09.2024, the Court is not inclined to entertain the instant petitions and instead, deems it appropriate to relegate the petitioners to the jurisdictional High Court. 3.
With aforesaid observations, the petition stands disposed of. All rights and contentions are left open.
