Pursuant to this Court‟s order dated 28.08.2024, learned counsel for the respondents has obtained instructions and hands over a copy of the communication received from the OIC records. As per the same subject to the petitioner submitting his willingness for retention of government accommodation in Delhi, his family will be permitted to continue to stay in the government accommodation at Delhi presently occupied by them till 31.12.2025, even after he joins at Dehradun in terms of the impugned posting order dated 03.01.2024. A copy of the said communication is taken on record.

In the light of the aforesaid, we are of the view that once the primary grievance of the petitioner stands redressed, there is no reason for this Court The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
