By way of present application, the parties seek early hearing of the petition.

For the reasons mentioned in the application it is allowed and disposed of accordingly.

At the outset, learned counsel for the parties state that they have been able to arrive at an amicable settlement vide Settlement Agreement dated 10.02.2026, executed before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Rouse Avenue District Courts, New Delhi. In terms of the said settlement, the petitioner has agreed to pay to the respondent a sum of Rs. 2,25,000/- towards full and final settlement of all her claims. It is stated that the present proceedings arise in the context of an order passed by the Authority under the Minimum Wages Act, and that another dispute between the parties is pending before the Labour Court.

Court on 06.03.2024, a sum of Rs. 1,76,000/- has been deposited with the Registrar General of this Court. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the said amount, along with accrued interest, be released to the respondent. It is also agreed between the parties that the remaining balance amount shall be paid before the learned Labour Court where the industrial dispute is pending. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent accepts the aforesaid modalities.

In view of the aforesaid, the amount of Rs. 1,76,000/- lying deposited with the Registry of this Court shall be released to the respondent along with accrued interest thereon, as per applicable rules. 3.

The petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. 4.

At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that, subject to receipt of the entire settled amount, the respondent shall withdraw the execution proceedings pending before the Trial Court. 5.
