The detenu, Ms. N, who is present through video-conferencing, voluntarily without any pressure states that she is a Graduate and has also completed B.El.Ed. She is 19 years of age and presently residing at her parental home along with her parents, and her uncle and aunt are also staying with her. She further states that she had innocently married the petitioner, however, she is not happy with the marriage and, at this stage, does not wish to accompany the petitioner and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. desires to continue residing with her parents. 2.

In view of the above, nothing further survives in the present petition.
