Counsel for respondent no.1/New Delhi Municipal Council ('NDMC') states that the representation of petitioner dated 19th July 2025, shall be considered as an objection to the provisional list of vendors who have been surveyed.

It is stated that the objection shall be dealt with in accordance with law, within a reasonable period of 6 weeks.
