This petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 29A (4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('1996 Act') seeking extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal by a period of 3 months.

Disputes having arisen between the parties in relation to a Strategic Alliance Agreement dated 18.11.2006, three-member Arbitral Tribunal was constituted to adjudicate the disputes, which entered upon reference on 30.09.2023. Pleadings were completed on 17.02.2024 and when the proceedings were at the stage of final arguments of the Petitioner, mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal was extended by six months with mutual consent of the parties, which expires on 16.08.2025. It is stated in the petition that award has been reserved by the learned Arbitral Tribunal on 02.07.2025 and O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 612/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. time has been given to the parties to file concluding written submissions and that the Arbitral Tribunal has requested the parties to seek further extension so that the award can be pronounced and published. 3.

Issue notice.

Mr. Rahul Khosla, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Respondent and on instructions, submits that Respondent has no objection to the extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal. 5.

Accordingly, with the consent of the parties, mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended by a period of 03 months from 17.08.2025. 6.

Petition is allowed and disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
