The petitioner in the instant writ petition has prayed for the following reliefs:- "a. Declare the amended constitution of shahdara bar association 2016 annexed as annexure P-2 as null and void b. Declare the petitioner an eligible candidate for the post of president. c. Direct the respondent to allow petitioner to participate in the election process as to nomination form for the post of president." 2.
A perusal of the facts would indicate that the petitioner had filed a Civil Suit bearing no.737/2024, however, the same was subsequently withdrawn.

A perusal of the order dated 03.08.2024 which was passed in the aforesaid Civil Suit indicates that the petitioner's claim was premature and the same was filed on the presupposition that her nomination would be rejected in view of the amended Constitution of the Shahdara Bar The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Court is of the considered opinion that the byelaws in question which are sought to be assailed in the instant writ petition are of the year 2016.

The petitioner at the fag end of the declaration of election cannot be allowed to assail the same.

The Court, therefore, is unable to accede to the prayer made in the instant writ petition and accordingly, the same stands dismissed.
