Present writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of directions to the Respondent No.1/RCS to dispose of the Execution Case being Execution Case No.Sec.5/RCS/181-182 at the earliest within three months. 2.

Keeping in view the averments in the writ petition as well as the fact that speedy and timely disposal of the execution cases is a right of a party as held by the Supreme Court in Rahul S.Shah Vs. Jinendra Kumar Gandhi and Others, (2021) 6 SCC 418, this Court disposes of the present writ petition with a direction to Respondent No.1 to decide the Petitioner's Execution Case as expeditiously as possible preferably within four months from today. The rights and contentions of all the parties are left open.
