These are applications under Order IX Rule 13 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking setting aside of the common ex-parte order dated 17.11.2025 and the consequent ex-parte judgment dated 27.11.2025.

Sai Deepak, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant/respondent no.1, seeks and is granted three weeks' time to file detailed affidavit explaining the circumstances which may have arisen from the time the petition was served upon respondent no.1 on 12.09.2025, till the present application has been filed. 3.

Affidavit be filed within three weeks as prayed for. 4.
