In view of the stand taken by the respondents in their counter affidavit, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the respondents have initiated action upon the petitioner's request and therefore, at this stage, he does not want to press the instant writ petition. He, therefore, seeks liberty to withdraw the instant writ petition with further liberty to re-agitate the issue in case the grievance of the petitioner is not mitigated within a reasonable period of time. 2.

Liberty, so prayed for, is granted.

The instant petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
