Learned counsel who appears on behalf of respondent-School fairly submits that under the facts of the present case, the respondent-School does not have any serious objection in granting admission. He, however, submits that the same shall not be treated to be precedent. 2.

In view of the aforesaid, the Court directs that the petitioners be granted regular admission by the respondent-School, forthwith. The same shall not be treated to be a precedent.
