The petition is for the direction to demolish the alleged illegal and unauthorised construction carried out by respondent no. 4 at the land of the petitioner i.e. property Khasra no.244/06 measuring 100 sq. yards (out of total 400 sq. yards), Wazirabad, Burari Street no. 3, Delhi 110084. 2.
The Corporation appears to have filed a status report, however, the same is not available on the digital record of the Court. Learned counsel has handed over a copy thereof. Let the same be also placed on the digital record of the Court.

from the address/details mentioned in the notarised GPA dated 17.09.2008 placed on record. The Corporation, therefore, submits that on extensive survey of the surrounding area and on the basis of the photograph attached with the writ petition, the property was identified in Gali No. 3, Sangam Vihar, Delhi bearing Khasra No 244/ 6. The Corporation then found that the property at Gali No. 3, Sangam Vihar was already booked vide notice dated 11.09.2024 and further action with respect to the same property is in contemplation.

The Corporation is, therefore, directed to take further action in accordance with law and to take the matter to its logical end within a period of four months from today. If the petitioner feels that his grievance is not mitigated, he shall be at liberty to approach the Special Task Force. 5.
With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands disposed of.
