The present petition seeks the following prayers: "(a) Issue a writ/ order/ direction in the nature of mandamus and/or any other appropriate writ/ order/ direction of like nature directing Respondents to disclose and provide details of all the LOCs, which have been opened/ issued and subsisting against the Petitioner i.e. Mr. Markand Adhikari (Passport No. Z4957210) and are currently in operation along with copy of reasons on basis of which the same have been opened/ issued;"
