% 04.08.2017 CM APPL. 27789/2017 By this application, the appellant wants to withdraw the appeal. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

By order dated 31.03.2014, stay against execution of the award granted by the Tribunal had been issued subject to deposit of the entire awarded amount with upto date interest with the Registrar General who was directed to release 50% of the said amount, the rest being put in fixed deposit receipt. The stay is vacated. The balance shall also now be released to the claimants. They shall be informed by a copy of this order being served.

The statutory amount shall also be refunded.

The application stands disposed of.
