Learned counsel for the respondents raises a preliminary objection that there is statutory remedy of appeal provided. 2.

Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the Appellate Authority shall take time and the time for filing an appeal has already been elapsed during the pendency of this petition. 3.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of relegating the petitioner to remedy of appeal.

In case the petitioner files an appeal within 4 weeks from today, the same shall be considered by the Appellate Authority on merits. 5.

The Appellate Authority shall dispose of the appeal not later than five months of the filing of the appeal.
