The present petition for transfer of SC No.132/2005 titled N.C.B. Vs. Avdhesh Yadav & Ors. has been instituted pursuant to the order of the Registrar General of this Court dated 5th August, 2025. The order was passed in view of a request made by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, New Delhi District, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi noting that Shri Atul Ahlawat, ASJ/Special Judge, (NPDS), has recused himself from hearing the matter. Since there is only one designated NDPS Court at Patiala House Courts, New Delhi District, a request has been made to transfer the matter to another court dealing with NDPS cases in a different district. 2.

and General Supervision committee, SC No.132/2005 titled N.C.B. Vs. Avdhesh Yadav & Ors., presently, pending before the Court of Shri Atul Ahlawat, ASJ/Splecial Judge, NPDS, New Delhi District, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi, is transferred to concerned Court having the jurisdiction to adjudicate cases under the NDPS Act at Central District, Tis Hazari Courts.

The Principal District and Sessions Judge, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts shall allocate this matter to an appropriate court having competent jurisdiction to try and decide the present matter. Parties are directed to appear before the Transferee Court on 25th August, 2025. Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of.

A copy of this order be sent immediately without any failure to Principal District and Sessions Judges of the concerned district for necessary information and compliance.
