The instant case is a writ petition against the show cause notice dated 22.08.2024.

to be issued to the petitioner. According to her, she does not expect any fair hearing from the respondent-Corporation and alludes to various circumstances attributing the highhandedness on the part of the respondentCorporation. 5.

The Court is of the considered opinion that if the show cause notice is served upon the petitioner, the petitioner is well within his rights and jurisdiction to file a reply to the respondent-Corporation. The respondentCorporation is duty bound to consider the same appropriately and to deal with the same with an open mind.

If after passing of the directions by the respondent-Corporation, the petitioner has any grievance, the petitioner can always resort to the appropriate remedy in accordance with law.

Learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner, at this stage, seeks withdrawal of the instant writ petition with liberty to agitate all the grievances before the respondent-Corporation. 8.

Reserving all rights and contentions and the liberty as stated above, the instant petition, at this stage, stands disposed of as withdrawan. One week's time is extended to file a reply to the main show cause notice in accordance with law.
