By way of this petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 25.07.2025, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class-01, District North, Rohini Courts, whereby the petitioner's application seeking cancellation of Non-Bailable Warrants issued against him was dismissed.

Mr. Vimal Tyagi, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this petition as it has become infructuous. 3.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

It is clarified that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the case.
