CRL.M.A. 35408/2024 (Application seeking extension of parole) 1.

This application has been filed for extension of parole granted by this Court vide order dated 28th October 2024, for another period of 4 weeks. 2.

Parole was granted, previously by this court, on account of, plea by the petitioner, for filing an SLP before the Supreme Court. 3.

multiple health ailments, including the possibility of a tumour in his spine. 4.

Documents have been appended, which show that there is an oval lesion in the left spinae muscle which shows internal enhancement. 5.

The biopsy report dated 21st November 2024, has also been handed up, showing the suggestive, of a vascular lesion (hemangioma). The said biopsy report may be placed on record and a copy be given to counsel for State. The said medical documents shall be verified.

In view of these circumstances, the parole granted on 28th October, 2024, is extended till the next date of hearing, on the same terms and conditions, as prescribed in the said order.

An updated status report, post verification, shall be filed. 8.

Copy of the order be sent to the Jail Superintendent for information and necessary compliance.
