The present application has been filed by the Petitioner under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, inter alia, seeking implementation of the order dated 18th August, 2025 passed by this Court, whereby the Customs Department was directed to release the Petitioner's detained jewellery within two weeks from the said order. 3.

However, the same has not been complied with by the Customs Department.

Moreover, the time period for challenging the order dated 18th August, 2025 has already elapsed.
