The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 9th November, 2020 passed by the RCS on the ground that the Delhi Cooperative Tribunal (hereinafter "DCT") was not functioning at the relevant point of time.

It is now submitted that the DCT has started functioning. 4.

Mr. D.K. Rustagi, ld. Counsel for Petitioner objects to the various written submissions and documents, which have been placed on record by the Respondents.

approach the DCT within a period of two months from today. 6.

If the appeal is filed within two months, it shall not be dismissed on the ground of being barred by limitation and shall be heard on merits. 7.

From whatever date the petition is filed, the DTC is requested to expeditiously decide the matter, if possible, within a period of three months from the date of filing.

Petition is disposed of. All pending applications, if any, are also disposed of.
