The present petition impugns the order dated 04.12.2023 passed by the SDM, Saket, New Delhi on the premise that though the same records that a report has been received from the SHO, however, concededly there is no such report existing on the said date.

Accordingly, with the consent of the parties, the impugned order is set aside with liberty to the parties to approach the concerned SDM within one week from today.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of alongwith the pending applications.

Needless to state that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case and contentions of either of the parties, which are left open to be urged before the concerned Trial Court.
