By way of this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks grant of regular bail in connection with FIR No. 791/2018 dated 28.11.2018 registered at Police Station Narela, District Rohini, under Sections 323/365/376D/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. 2.

Ms. Manjeet Arya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, states, at the outset, that the trial is on the verge of completion and the proceedings are listed at the stage of final arguments on 06.04.2026. 3.

In view of the above submission, the present application is disposed of with a request to the learned Sessions Court to conclude the proceedings as early as possible, if possible within four months from today, particularly having regard to the period of incarceration of the applicant herein.
