The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, at the outset, submits that only three witnesses remain to be examined. He submits that in terms of Section 35(2) of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 the trial is to conclude within a period of one year and he is hopeful that the remaining witnesses would be examined within a period of next six months.

Considering that the remaining witnesses would be examined in the next six months and that the trial will be concluded within a reasonable time, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present application with liberty to approach the Court at the appropriate stage. 3.

The bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
