The present Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950 inter alia seeking several prayers including a prayer to initiate action on the representation of the Petitioner dated 17.06.2025.

Petition qua territorial jurisdiction. She contends that the entire cause of action has arisen within the territorial jurisdiction at Calcutta. She seeks to rely upon a judgment passed by the Supreme Court in Alchemist Ltd. and Anr. v. State Bank of Sikkim and Others.; (2007) 11 SCC 335 in this behalf.

After some arguments, learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner seeks and is granted permission to the Court to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. 6.

The Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. All pending Applications stand closed. 7.
