The petitioner is in jail facing trial for offence under Section 304B IPC. Two sisters got married with two brothers. Unfortunately marriage of both sisters passed through difficult times. One sister committed suicide while the other sister is prosecuting matrimonial cases. According to the applicant, suicide was committed by the deceased on account of her second miscarriage. Learned prosecutor has taken me through status report and transcripts of phone calls in which the applicant advanced certain threats. 2.
In these circumstances, prosecution apprehends that if released on bail, the applicant would pressurize the witnesses. On instructions of the IO, Inspector Manjeet Singh, learned prosecutor submits that three vital witnesses of prosecution are yet to be examined, namely Deepak, Akash and Vijay.

application with liberty to file fresh application after the said witnesses are examined. Learned Trial Court is requested to expedite the examination of the said three witnesses and for that purpose, copy of this order be sent to the Trial Court.
