% 04.09.2024 An application under Section 483 read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ('BNSS') has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner for setting aside order dated 23.08.2024 passed by this Court in CRL. M.C.874/2024, whereby, bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 29.11.2023, was cancelled.

After partly making submissions, learned counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw the application.

Taking the statement of learned counsel for petitioner on record, application is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
