After some hearing, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application with permission to move application for regular bail before the Trial Court. He further states that the petitioner be permitted to surrender on 19.04.2016.

In view of above, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

The petitioner shall surrender before Superintendent Jail on 19.04.2016.
