% 05.01.2024 CRL.M.A. 477/2024 (Directions) 1.

The present application under Section 482 of the CrPC seeks following prayers:- "It is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to:- a) Issue suitable and appropriate directions to the jail authorities i.e .. Superintendent of Central Jail-08 Tihar Jail Complex to ensure strict compliance of the directions contained in order dated 22.12.2023 passed by this Hon'ble Court OR in the alternative Grant interim bail to the Petitioner from the date of his release up to 23.01.2024 to enable him to appear in his remaining examination effectively; And b) Pass such other order(s) as may be deemed fit and proper in the facts of the present case."

Sh. Mukesh Rajora, Superintendent Central Jail-8/9 is present in Court and submits that the delay in arrival of the applicant at the examination centre was on account of the fact that the centre had changed The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. and intimation with regard to the same was not conveyed to them and therefore, on account of the communication gap, the applicant appeared in the said examination with some delay. It is further pointed out that today also the applicant was taken to the examination centre well within time. 3.

So far as the request of the applicant with regard to his jacket and shoes is concerned, the same have already been supplied by the mother of the applicant in accordance with jail rules.

It is further submitted that the order dated 22.12.2023 shall be complied with strictly.

In view thereof, no further directions are called for. 6.
