The relief sought by the petitioner in this petition concerns a request to place an order of the Directorate of Education ["DoE"] dated 04.04.2025, before the Disciplinary Action Committee of respondent No.1 - Bharti Public School, which is in seisin of disciplinary proceedings against her.

After some hearing, Mr. Sermon Rawat, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition, without prejudice to the petitioner's rights and contentions in the event that an adverse order is ultimately passed against her. 3.
