The petitioner has filed an appeal before the learned Presiding Officer-MCD Appellate Tribunal which is registered as Appeal No. 295/2025.

Such appeal was taken up by the learned Presiding Officer on 18.07.2025 and has now been fixed for consideration on 11th instant. 3.

The grievance in the present petition is, merely, to the effect that no stay has been granted and if the property in question is demolished in the interregnum, the appeal would render infructuous. 4.

Learned counsel for respondent-Corporation appears on advance notice and submits that he has though received some instructions that no action is planned till 11.08.2025, he also supplements that this should not be taken as any reflection over the merits of the abovesaid appeal. 5.
