Vide judgment dated 11th October, 2017, this Court framed additional issues and remanded back the matter to the Claims Tribunal for adjudication.

The Claims Tribunal has passed a fresh award dated 25th January, 2018 against which respondent No. 5 has filed MAC APP. 374/2018. 3.

The appellant has deposited Rs.15,01,240/- with the Registrar General of this Court and the said amount has been released to respondents No.1 to

3. The appellant is seeking payment of the amount of Rs.15,01,240/- from respondent No. 5 in terms of fresh award dated 25th January, 2018. This issue shall be considered by Court in MAC APP. 374/2018. 5.

This appeal and the pending applications are disposed of. However, record of this case be retained along with MAC APP. 374/2018 till further orders.
